We offer delivery to all European countries for orders over 50 euros.
What are the "satisfied or reimbursed" conditions?
All our products are "satisfied or your money back" for 14 days from receipt of your parcel. If the product is not to your liking, we will reimburse you within 10 working days of its return. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
How does the warranty work?
All our products come with a 2-year guarantee.
Can I order from outside France?
Yes, we deliver our products all over Europe.
No additional charges except in Switzerland, where VAT of 8.1% applies.

How powerful are X Puls Hot & Cold?
X Puls Hot & Cold has 5 adjustable intensity levels. It adapts to the specific needs of your muscles.
How hot does the X Puls Hot & Cold get?
3 heat levels: 42°C for 1st speed, 46°C for 2nd speed and 50°C for 3rd speed.
The above deviation will be +2°C depending on the environment and heating conditions.
At what temperature does the X Puls Hot & Cold cool?
3 glaze levels: 20°C for 1st speed, 15°C for 2nd speed and 10°C for 3rd speed.
The above deviation will be +5°C depending on the environment and conditions of use for cooling.
Can the functions be used independently of each other?
Each of the vibration, cooling and heating functions can be used separately.
How do I change my massage head?
The massage head can be disassembled and assembled directly by pushing/pulling, without screwing. The red straight bar of the cold and hot heads is aligned with the piston gap. Be sure to plug it in all the way.
What should I do when I use it for the first time?
Charge for about 5 hours before first use to fully charge the battery. Once the battery is fully charged, the white charge indicator light comes on, then goes out after 5 minutes.
What do colored lights mean?
- White light on: sufficient power.
- Green light on: medium power.
- Red light on: low power, please charge.
- Flashing red light: very low power, the muscle gun will automatically switch off after 5 flashes of the red light.
How many heads are included with the X Puls?
5 applicators: different heads to relieve muscular tension and accelerate deep and surface recovery (Thermo, Spine, Cone, Soft, Sphere).
How do I clean it?
Clean the unit with a slightly damp towel and dry with a soft, dry cloth.

How do I choose my size?
6 sizes of X Gel are available to suit all muscle and joint pains that can occur in athletes. Wrist, ankle, calf, knee, thigh, forearm, elbow and arm: there's an X Gel for every anatomical zone! To find the model that's right for you, select the anatomical zone you want to target, measure the circumference of the zone and refer to the table in the size guide.
How do I wash my X Gel?
To preserve the quality of your X Gel compression wrap, never put it under water. You can wash it with a dry cloth, but it should never be completely wet.
What is X Gel?
X Gel is a unique formula that maintains optimum cold/warmth in the targeted muscle area during application, while its increased thickness allows maximum cold/warmth to be accumulated and evenly distributed during use. What's more, X Gel has been designed not to give off cold that could cause skin burns. So you can use it safely from the age of 6.
How long after exercise should I use X Gel?
You can use your X Gel envelope immediately after training and/or at the first signs of inflammation or pain. Intense and repeated sports sessions can cause muscle micro-trauma. Applying X Gel cryotherapy will help vasoconstrict and reduce inflammation. After icing, as body temperature rises, blood circulation is stimulated and the body gets rid of metabolic waste faster.
Can I use my X Gel after an operation?
Technically, there is no contraindication to cold therapy for pain. However, we advise you to seek your doctor's advice if in doubt, especially if you've just undergone major surgery.
Where to store my X Gel?
When not in use, store your X Gel in its sleeve in the freezer or in its original box. If the pouch is lost or damaged, you can use a plastic freezer bag to protect your sleeve.
What are the precautions for using X Gel?
As X Gel is mainly water-based, it must remain dry under all circumstances in order to retain its properties. When not in use, it must remain in its freezer bag. Before use, you should leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to reach the right temperature.
How often should I use X Gel?
Health professionals, especially physiotherapists, recommend frequent short icing rather than long icing to avoid paradoxical vasodilatation, so ideally use X Gel for 20-minute periods every 3 hours. You can ice the muscle or joint area at the first signs of inflammation: heat, redness, pain or swelling.
What should I do if I lose or damage my freezer bag?
If the sleeve is lost or damaged, you can use any airtight plastic freezer bag to protect your sleeve.

X Recovery: Pressotherapy boots, arms and hips
How do I clean my pressotherapy system?
Easy to care for, the boots are made from a sturdy, hygienic material that keeps out bacteria and moisture. To clean them, be sure to turn off the power before cleaning!
- In the event of soiling, wipe the control unit, casings and pipes with a clean damp cloth.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- Do not use gasoline, alcohol, thinner or other irritating liquids to clean the unit, as this may cause malfunction or damage or discolor components.
- Do not allow foreign matter to enter the pipes.
How are pressotherapy arms sold?
Pressotherapy arms are sold in pairs. You will receive two pressotherapy arms with the purchase of this product.
How are pressotherapy arms and hips sold?
Pressotherapy arms and hips are sold as accessories to be added to your pressotherapy boots. They are sold without a control base. X Recovery pressotherapy boots must be purchased in advance.
How many massage modes are there, and what's the difference?
There are 3 massage modes, the differences of which can be found on the product leaflet.
How long can I use pressotherapy?
We recommend using it once or twice a day, for no more than 30 minutes at a time, but it can be used for longer if pain persists.
Is it possible to use only one pressotherapy leg/arm?
Yes, it's possible. By using the included silicone rubber to block one of the air holes, you can then wear the pressotherapy only on the desired leg/arm. We advise you to use both at the same time for best relief.
Why does the control unit emit a sound?
The sound comes from the control unit's air pump, which supplies air continuously to the air chambers in the legs/arms/hips. It's a faint sound and completely normal.
What should I do if I feel the intensity of the massage is too weak or too strong?
Intensity ranges from 40 mmhg to 200 mmhg, so please select the intensity that suits you best. If you still feel that the massage is too strong at the lowest setting, we recommend that you consult your doctor before using it again.
When should pressotherapy be used?
This product promotes blood circulation, effectively eliminates muscle pain and fatigue, and can be used at any time. You can use it before training to warm up your muscles, use it after exercise for faster recovery, or when you get home after a long day's work.

How to find the right treatment intensity?
The aim is toadapt the intensity of treatment to the patient's pain sensation. Treatment intensity can generally be increased with each session, thanks to the healing process. Start with intensity level 3.
Reduce the intensity by pressing - until it is tolerable for your patient, or increase the intensity by pressing + until the patient's pain threshold is reached.
Why buy an extra Sparrow handpiece?
An additional Sparrow applicator allows you to easily change the tip thanks to the snap-in feature, without having to change the head and unscrew it. The idea is to have several applicators, each with a different transmitter, for ease of use and to save time during treatment.
What color is the Sparrow applicator in a classic order?
The gun is gray.
What should I do to maintain the machine?
The machine is supplied with a brush to clean the inside of the Sparrow applicator. We recommend cleaning the inside of the applicator every day.
How is maintenance carried out?
Maintenance can be carried out directly by you using our overhaul kit.
What are the wearing parts?
The only worn parts are the cylindrical tube in the Sparrow applicator and the firing pin.
How often are wear parts changed?
We recommend changing them every million strokes.
How much does it cost to replace worn parts?

The overhaul kit includes: two firing pins and two cylindrical tubes.
The overhaul kit allows up to 4 million strokes (2 million strokes per tube).
