How to find the right treatment intensity?
The aim is toadapt the intensity of treatment to the patient's pain sensation. Treatment intensity can generally be increased with each session, thanks to the healing process. Start with intensity level 3.
Reduce the intensity by pressing - until it is tolerable for your patient, or increase the intensity by pressing + until the patient's pain threshold is reached.
Why buy an extra Sparrow handpiece?
An additional Sparrow applicator allows you to easily change the tip thanks to the snap-in feature, without having to change the head and unscrew it. The idea is to have several applicators, each with a different transmitter, for ease of use and to save time during treatment.
What color is the Sparrow applicator in a classic order?
The gun is gray.
What should I do to maintain the machine?
The machine is supplied with a brush to clean the inside of the Sparrow applicator. We recommend cleaning the inside of the applicator every day.
How is maintenance carried out?
Maintenance can be carried out directly by you using our overhaul kit.
What are the wearing parts?
The only worn parts are the cylindrical tube in the Sparrow applicator and the firing pin.
How often are wear parts changed?
We recommend changing them every million strokes.
How much does it cost to replace worn parts?
370 euros incl. VAT, delivery included.
The overhaul kit includes: two firing pins and two cylindrical tubes.
The overhaul kit allows up to 4 million strokes (2 million strokes per tube).

How does the warranty work?
With over 200,000 compressors already installed on the market, we can guarantee 2 years from delivery or up to 20 million pulses, whichever comes first.
What are the "satisfied or reimbursed" conditions?
All our products are "satisfied or reimbursed" for 15 days fromreceipt of your parcel. If the product is not to your liking, we will reimburse you within 10 working days of its return. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, atyour expense.
