X Wrist Gel
Our new X Gel solution has been created to meet the needs of all athletes involved in their recovery. We've developed a state-of-the-art compressive wrap offering 360° heat and cold.
Thanks to its soft gel surrounded by a compressive lycra, X Gel stays in place during all your activities.
Very easy to use, the compressive wrap can be worn around the painful area on either side. By providing a uniform sensation on your muscle, the results are much more effective than with a simple local application.
Cryotherapy and thermotherapy available at home! X Wrist Gel not only gives you a homemade glaze, but also the option of heat in just a few seconds in the microwave.
To optimize your experience with X Gel, healthcare professionals recommend applying cold/hot in 20-minute periods every 3 hours.

Combine X Recovery Bras with cryotherapy or thermotherapy
Pressotherapy helps reduce inflammation by facilitating the elimination of metabolic waste and accumulated toxins. The combination of heat and pressotherapy increases muscle relaxation through vasodilation, and relieves persistent pain. Conversely, cold reduces inflammation and relieves pain through vasoconstriction. The combination of X Gel and pressotherapy is a real winner!

FAQ
Any questions?
Our experts answer your questions
How do I choose my size?
6 sizes of X Gel are available to suit all muscle and joint pains that can occur in athletes. Wrist, ankle, calf, knee, thigh, forearm, elbow and arm: there's an X Gel for every anatomical zone! To find the model that's right for you, select the anatomical zone you want to target, measure the circumference of the zone and refer to the table in the size guide.
How do I wash my X Gel?
To preserve the quality of your X Gel compression wrap, never put it under water. You can wash it with a dry cloth, but it should never be completely wet.
What is Bionic Gel?
Bionic Gel is a unique formula that maintains optimal cold/warmth on the targeted muscle area during X Gel application.
Its increased thickness enables maximum cold/warmth to be accumulated and evenly distributed during use. What's more, Bionic Gel has been designed not to give off cold that could cause skin burns. You can therefore use it safely from the age of 6.
How long after exercise should I use X Gel?
You can use your X Gel envelope immediately after training and/or at the first signs of inflammation or pain. Intense and repeated sports sessions can cause muscle micro-trauma. Applying X Gel cryotherapy will help vasoconstrict and reduce inflammation. After icing, as body temperature rises, blood circulation is stimulated and the body gets rid of metabolic waste faster.
Can I use my X Gel after an operation?
Technically, there is no contraindication to cold therapy for pain. In some post-operative cases, it can even speed up the healing process and reduce inflammation.
However, we advise you to seek your doctor's advice if in doubt, especially if you have just undergone major surgery.
Where to store my X Gel?
When not in use, store your X Gel in its sleeve in the freezer or in its original box. If the pouch is lost or damaged, you can use a plastic freezer bag to protect your sleeve.
What are the precautions for using X Gel?
As Bionic Gel is mainly water-based, it must remain dry under all circumstances to retain its properties. When not in use, it must remain in its freezer bag. Before use, you should leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to reach the right temperature.
How often should I use X Gel?
Health professionals, especially physiotherapists, recommend frequent short icing rather than long icing to avoid paradoxical vasodilation.
Ideally, you should use X Gel for 20-minute periods every 3 hours. You can ice the muscle or joint area at the first sign of inflammation: heat, redness, pain or swelling.
What should I do if I lose or damage my freezer bag?
If the sleeve is lost or damaged, you can use any airtight plastic freezer bag to protect your sleeve.
